Holy Spirit Take Me To New Places

New places is where we are going. There is nothing old only new. Some times it may feel like an old place to you but its not. We can only go forward not backward. It is when we choose to no longer see our future from a past experience that we can rest in the present. Let go of your self protection and receive the love and truth of Jesus. Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Let Holy Spirit take your hope beyond natural to the supernatural.

A Word of the Lord

Don’t pay attention to or make any plans based on what the media says or what politicians say. Stand on My Word in John 16:12-15″But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won’t draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen, and indeed, out of all that I have done and said. He will honor Me; he will take from Me and deliver it to you. Everything the Father has is also mine. That is why I’ve said, ‘He takes from me and delivers to you’.” Pay attention to Me. I (the Holy Spirit) will obey verses 13-15. I will show you things to come. I will lead you through troubled times. I already have THE plan for you, and it’s very good. Follow it. It will not only get you through, it will place you in a very high place-a rich place-a strong place of victory.

You will have to discipline yourself and be diligent to listen to Me. All the voices will have a plan, a word, an idea for your future and security. Don’t listen to Babylon’s system. It has fallen apart. My system is stronger than ever. My Kingdom is flourishing, and THE BLESSING is the place to be.

Keep your eyes on My Word. Listen to it. It will guide you and I will perform it. Love Me. Love My people as I have loved you. Walk in it. Love Never fails, and neither does My plan.

Be very cautious to stay completely clean from covetousness (soul ties). First Timothy 6:10 (”Lust for money brings trouble and nothing but trouble. Going down that path, some lose their footing in the faith completely and live to regret it bitterly ever after,”) must live in the forefront of your thinking. If you will do these things and continue therein, you will come into your wealthy place. A place lifted up. A place in Me already planned and prepared for you now. Here. Not heaven-not yet. But it will seem like heaven right in the midst of all the trouble, and you’ll be able to reach out to untold numbers of suffering people with the Good News of the gospel.

I’m coming very soon. Sooner than you think. Keep your eyes on Me and you’ll get the job done.

Pray for our leaders

We must pray for our leaders, especially President Obama, because he is a the president.  We must declare the Word of Truth over him, so that God’s authority will rule and reign. It is our responsibility to remain in dominion over this planet. Confess the Word of God over you life and this country and President Obama and his family. Let’s take our positions as vessels that know the truth, by standing on the truth, confessing the truth, believing the truth, so that the truth will maintain the God-given freedom that Jesus died for, and the Spirit of God releases. Pray saints, confess the Word of God.

“We don’t just put up with our limitations; we celebrate them (God’s strength is made perfect in our weakenesses), and then go on to celebrate every strength, every triumph of TRUTH in you. We pray hard that it will all come together in your lives.” (2 Cor. 13:9 the Message)

“The amazing grace of the Master, Jesus Christ, the extravagant love of God, the intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all”. (2 Cor. 13:14 the Message)

GOD! PLEASE HURRY

“God! Please hurry to my rescue! God come quickly to my side! Those who are out to get me-let them fall all over themselves. Those who relish my downfall-send them down a blind alley. Give them a taste of their own medicine, those gossips off clucking their tongues.

Let those on the hunt for you sing and celebrate. Let all who love your saving way say over and over, “God is mighty!”

But I’ve lost it. I’m wasted. God-quickly, quickly! quick to my side, quick to my rescue! God, don’t lose a minute.

I run for dear life to God, I’ll never live to regret it. Do what you do so well: get me out of this mess and up on my feet. Put your ear to the ground and listen, give me space for salvation. Be a guest room where I can retreat; you said your door was always open! You’re my salvation-my vast, granite fortress.

My God, free me from the grip of Wicked, from the clutch of Bad and Bully. You keep me going when times are tough-my bedrock, God, since my childhood-” (Ps 70-71 the Message)

Whew do you ever feel the way David did when he wrote this? Of course- we all do, and sometimes it feels like daily, maybe even hourly. The enemy, the Accuser of the brethren, is trying at every turn, to get you to abort your destiny! He will always hit when you are tired or have had a particularly “hard” day. Don’t take his bait. Don’t be distracted. Ignore the voices that are telling you that you chose wrong, or, look how this looks this can’t be right, or, God would never…those are the Accuser’s tactics to deceive you into thinking you are on the wrong path, took the wrong turn or wrong job, or wrong mate, or wrong decision…NOT. God orders the steps’ of the righteous…you are His righteousness in Christ Jesus…so He is ordering your steps. Just because the going gets tough, doesn’t mean you abort. NO! Keep your eyes in the eyes of the Father, and keep going in the direction He has you in. He’ll tell you when to turn or when to change lanes. You will probably just change lanes because of that gentle knowing in your spirit.

He will never leave you. He will never forsake you. He will never abandon you. He will never reject you.

BELIEVE IT! BELIEVE HIM! BE STILL AND KNOW HE IS GOD! and then like David you will be dancing and shouting praises to His name declaring You’re my salvation-my vast, Granite Fortress!

FREEDOM-God’s Gift part 3

“Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original. Live creatively, friends. And if someone falls into shin, forgivingly restore him, saving your critical comments for yourself.”

“For my part, I am going to boast about nothing but the Cross of our Master, Jesus Christ. Because of that Cross, I have been crucified in relation to the world, set free from the stifling atmosphere of pleasing others, and fitting into the little patterns that they dictate. Can’t you see the central issue in all this? It is not what you and I do-submit to circumcision, reject circumcision. It is what God is doing, and He is creating something totally new, a free life! All who walk by this standard are the true Israel of God-his chosen people. Peace and mercy…May what our Master Jesus Christ gives freely be deeply and personally yours, my friends. Oh yes! (Gal.5:25,26 6:1,14-18 the Message)

FREEDOM-God’s Gift part 2

“It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows. For everything we know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom. If you bite and ravage each other, watch out-in no time at all you will be annihilating each other, and where will your precious freedom be then?

My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God’s Spirit. Then you won’t feed the compulsions of selfishness. For there is a root of sinful self-interest in us that is at odds with a free spirit, just as the free spirit is incompatible with selfishness. These two ways of life are antithetical, so that you cannot live at times one way and at times another way according to how you feel on any given day. Why don’t you choose to be led by the Spirit and so escape the erratic compulsions of a law dominated existence?” (Gal. 5:13-18 the Message)

FREEDOM-God’s Gift

Hope you never see another year like 2008? Did the events in your life at the end of 2008,  look like you were about to loose everything, or made you wish you could leave the planet? We believe at Healing Rooms Nashville, that Father God was doing a whole lot of shaking, to keep your stuff from following you into 2009. Our word for 2009 at the Healing Rooms Nashville, is change:

“Behold I make all things new. Do you not perceive it?” We are leaving behind our old stuff, including the ways we have always done things, thought things, spoken things, and related to each other - including with Father God.

Well without His grace this would be impossible. But we recognize that to continue to do the same thing the way we always have, and expect different results is insanity! So we are calling on His grace, corporately, and personally at Healing Rooms Nashville.

As we are practicing total dependence on God, because that is the only way to do this, there is such Freedom. We find ourselves saying things like…’You mean I don’t have to do that anymore?’…that’s right…never again!

“Come to me all of your who are heavy laden (who want a change) and I will give you rest. For My burden is easy and My yoke is light”. Whew, what freedom is that. Jesus is actually asking us to come to Him, and He will help us to do it differently. You know that is one of the reasons He came to the earth - to break the bondage of religious thinking, and give us the keys to enter His Kingdom. All we have to do - the only work we called to do - is just BELIEVE! And then, let go and let GOD. I know this has been an overused statement. But the statement is still what He is saying…Be still and know that I am God.

Change your thought patterns today from religious dos and don’ts, and should have’s, would have’s, and could have’s, to just BELIEVE! and watch life, light, and love replace fear in your life (perfect love casts out all fear)! Don’t let the the beautiful gift of Freedom God has given you be looked over, perverted or squandered, because of its delicacy and subtlety. God does not coerce us from without, but sets us free from within!
